I’ve been waiting 2 hours it still isn’t here

Not being funny but I’d order this meal every day. Ridiculous value for money

Food was cold

Ordered 2 baked potatoes direct with shop. They turned up 2 hours later, cold and dried out. No apology on phone when I had to call to chase up. Not even an explanation or apology from the driver. Worst potatoes ever. We are regulars and this was very disappointing. The potatoes used to be delicious and excellent quality. Not sure what’s been going on the past few months.

Zero stars for delivery and service. Delivery time was over an hour and when I called to see where it was I was told it was on its way. Only problem with the lady saying thay was she didn't even check my address to know it was on it's way. She passed the phone to a second person who said it had left when this was untrue as it took a further 10 or 15 minutes to arrive after this. He was also very condesending on the phone. I like baked potatoes but won't be ordering again. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Arrived an hour late, staff blatantly lied when i called for an update twice, they were also quite rude because i had the cheek to chase them up, shame ive been using them for 2 years now but the service is definitely going down hill
